at my own risk and do hereby hold harmless RegattaPRO,
its employees/agents, both jointly and severally
from any liability for loss, injury or damage
to any persons and property that might arise from
my participation in this regatta, even if any
such loss, injury or damage shall be caused by
negligence of those so released or held harmless.
